Erf Size
The site is 7263 m2 – 0.7263 Hectares, a proposed sports field of 50×95.5 m grassed field is recommended as the size allows for 1.5 m border all round, including the paved circulation which links the existing school and the new sports field building.

Description
The 50 x 95.5m proposed sports field located close to 3rd Avenue and the ancillary spaces close to the 4m servitude; with the circulation and movement patterns of learners and educators sheltered by precast concrete covered walkway that link all the spaces together.

A thorough analysis and siting was done by the consultants and the below design patterns are the recommendation for the proposed school.
The site:
- To maintain the pedestrian/learner entrance off Buck Road, Ferndale Road and3rd avenue.
- To maintain the vehicular entrance off Ferndale Road.
- The area of the existing sportsfield off 3rd avenue will be retained.
- The four (4) metre wide sewer servitude that runs from east to west on the site
- The exiting 160dia foul sewer in the four (4) metre wide sewer servitude
