Description
The existing prefab school was 39 years old and needed to be replaced while the school still needed to operate on the same site during the construction stage. The project entailed the decanting of the existing Buck Road Primary School into two phases of construction. Phasing of construction was possible by decanting the learners to mobile classrooms on the existing sport filed of the site; demolishing the existing structures on site, thus building a new school facility.
