Description
The project involves the preparation of tender documentation for the alterations and additions and the refurbishment of the Chalets and Ablution Facility on the Monwabisi Resort chalet site. The chalets was refurbished externally and internally, including kitchen areas

Type C – One Bed Unit –7units

Architect designed the SDP and prepared tender drawings.
The architect coordinated site meetings, monthly client meetings and technical meetings as required. The architect produce a monthly progress report, indicating amongst other issues, progress, cashflow projections, variations and claims as part of the project management cycle.
The architect produced a Close Out report for the Building Maintenance File, including drawings, specifications, guarantees, operational and maintenance manuals as appropriate, and contact details of various suppliers and contractors for future reference.
